In aromatherapy it is traditionally used for: Emotional Balance & Relaxation – traditionally used during periods of stress, emotional tension, and mental fatigue, helping promote a sense of calm and grounding. Meditation & Spiritual Wellness – often used to create a peaceful environment during meditation, yoga, mindfulness practices, or quiet reflection. Atmosphere & Home Ambience – appreciated for its warm and comforting aroma, helping create a relaxing and harmonious environment. Muscle Relaxation – commonly used in massage blends to encourage relaxation and a general sense of well-being. It is believed to support emotional balance, inner calm, and a grounding sense of well-being. Uses Inhalation / Diffusion: Add a few drops to a diffuser or aromatherapy device to create a calming and grounding atmosphere. Blends well with frankincense, cedarwood, sandalwood, lavender, or sweet orange. Diffuse during meditation, yoga, or moments of relaxation. Use 3–5 drops in an aromatherapy diffuser. Topical Use: For relaxing massage blends, dilute well in a carrier oil before application. Blends well with lavender, frankincense, or sandalwood for calming body oils. Add 2–3 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for massage or topical application. Bath Use: Add 4–6 drops to 100ml of carrier oil and mix into bath water.
