18ct Gold Diamond-Set Pendant

Handmade to our design using ethically sourced and repurposed diamonds. The central sapphire is a pleasant rectangular facetted cushion cut of good colour saturation and flanked by bright baguette cut diamonds. We deal mostly in antique and vintage jewellery with the art deco movement being possibly our favourite era of jeweller design and manufacture. As such, it only seemed right to drawn on this for inspiration. Crafted in platinum throughout using traditional methods, we are pleased to say this is a modern day antique. Unlike the vast majority of art deco style rings made today, not a single component of this is cast. Everything has been handmade using a vast array of tools and techniques. Metal: Platinum 950. Marks: Hallmarked ZLY Edinburgh 2024. Measurements: Sapphire setting; 8mm x 5.5mm rising 5mm from the finger. Baguette settings; 5.8mm wide. Knife edger shoulders widening to 2mm shank. Stones: Central 1.50ct natural sapphire, heat treated, of good colour saturation with an ever so slight hint of lilac tones in certain lights. Two baguette cut diamonds totalling 0.40ct.
